User Registration Workflow - Unregistered User Submits Data through Online Request Form

When users, who have never registered before, want access to a set of data protected
by the NatureServe Web Service security system, they first fill out an online registration form. This form
will ask a variety of questions, including the following:

What data they want to access |
|
|
How they are going to use the data/When and how long do they need access for this use |
|
|
What is the geographic extent of their data request |
|
|
Provide feedback about other information the registration form should contain. |
|
|
|
When a user submits the form, it is sent to the request processing engine's online form handler.
