Web Services (for data providers only)

A new service providing range-wide EO data (non-location-specific) from central databases to all members of the Network is now available!  You can use the range-wide EO data for informing global ranks, for developing and applying EO rank specs in a range-wide context, for better understanding distribution and habitat patterns to direct inventory, etc.

 

Prototype System Components for Review

  • Security administration tools for data providers.  The security administration tool will allow each local program to create and maintain the security policies that will control how individual users or user groups can access your data via the new Internet data delivery applications and web services.

    Provide feedback on specific security administration design questions.

  • User Registration Process for Internet Data Delivery.  Web-based data delivery will require some modifications to our current workflow for registering new data clients.

    Provide feedback on specific user registration process design questions.

  • Taxonomic Change Processor - the tool that allows users (both centrally and at local program offices) to make decisions about a taxonomic change and apply those decisions directly to their Biotics system.

    Provide feedback.
