Examples of User Stories
- "US Department of Agriculture Forest Service LANDFIRE team can use NatureServe Explorer to search for ecological systems occurring in selected western map zones and import the results into a custom Access database in order to extract both descriptive and quantitative information for each system."
- "The Nature Conservancy fire initiative staff can generate a report of all NatureServe ecological systems within a specified map zone to support vegetation mapping and modeling workshops for every map zone in the coterminous US. The workshop participants, vegetation ecologists from a variety of agencies and non-profits, will receive a PDF format report containing the descriptions of the ecological systems that occur in the map zone, which will form the base units for successional modeling."
